Hosting

Become a member of Ufathom and avail free installation, setup and maintenance free usage of Collabtive tool hosted on our servers. Customers can just login to the tool and use the tool feature to manage projects. Hosting includes dependable servers, fully configured system, unlimited traffic, projects, tasks, milestones, messages, and user accounts. Storage limit of uploaded files are available in options of 1 GB, 5 GB and 25 GB. Customers can also avail free updates to latest versions and email support in certain packages. Invoicing is done on a monthly basis for the convenience of the customers. Unlimited email accounts can be collaborated with POP3, IMPA and SMTP. In addition, free domains, unlimited space, unlimited traffic, PHP, MySQL, and FTP is included as special add on features with Collabtive.

Support

Support is available 24X7 to support customer queries and email support is available directly from the developers between Monday to Friday 8.00 to 22.00 hrs on both technical and support issues related to Collabtive.

Collabtive team is open to customize Collabtive according to client requirements including extending the features or introducing new features. Client is required to provide clear specifications on the changes or new requirements.

Installation

Collabtive can be installed at client web servers fully configured and customized according to client requirement. Collabtive tool can be updated to latest version and if the client requires, Collabtive System can be setup with users and projects as requested by the client free of cost.

Brand Imaging

Introduce company logo to add a professional look to Collabtive version setup in client server. Customize the theme and colors of Collabtive to synchronize with the company color code and layout. Additional specifications should be provided by the client for customization.
